Thailand Inaugurates Tallest Building – ‘Maha Nakhon’ by Pace Development Corp
Thailand’s tallest building Maha Nakhon was launched with sound and light shows in Bangkok recently. The lights were focused on the 314-metre-tall building as well as skywards from the top of the building as Pace Development Corp, its developerwas celebrated the 18 Billion THB project on the Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra Road in the area of Silom in Bangkok.
The chief executive officer of the Pace Development Corp, Sorapoj Techakraisri stated that the state of the art mixed-use development consisted of a hotel services, residences, panoramic viewpoint on the 77th floor with a glass floor called “Sky Tray”, the already operational seven-floor shopping mall called Mana Nakhon Cube, and a 1,000 m activity ground.
Hotel services, viewpoint services and residential services are said to open next year.
For the past two decades, the tallest building of Thailand was the 304 m Baiyoke Tower II in the Ratchathewi district of Bangkok.
